C-RAD’s CEO leaves, CFO Linda Frölén appointed acting CEO, Johan Danielsson is appointed deputy CEO

C-RAD, a global leader in SGRT, announces today that the Board and CEO Cecilia de Leeuw have agreed that she will step down from the CEO role. Furthermore, the board has decided to appoint the company's CFO Linda Frölén acting CEO. Johan Danielsson, who has successfully built the global service business, is appointed deputy CEO. Board member Peter Simonsbacka is engaged on a consulting basis two days a week to accelerate the level of activity. The board will immediately begin recruiting a new CEO.

The board and Cecilia de Leeuw, who has been CEO since December 2022, have jointly agreed that it is time to hand over leadership. CFO Linda Frölén is appointed acting CEO. Johan Danielsson, who has successfully developed and grown the global service business, is appointed deputy CEO. Peter Simonsbacka, who is a board member and previously Chief Commercial Officer at AddLife, is engaged on a consulting basis two days a week. Together, the three form an executive management team. The board has engaged Alumni Global to recruit a new CEO.
