Lina Johansson joined C-Rad as Head of Human Resources on September 8th, 2025.

She brings over 13 years of broad HR experience primarily in HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner roles within the Life Science industry e.g. at Danaher and Orexo AB.

During her career she has worked in large, complex matrix organizations supporting business growth while enhancing the employee experience.

Lina is motivated by the opportunity to foster an engaging workplace culture where people grow and perform at their best, knowing that their daily contributions ultimately improve and save patients’ lives.

Lina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from Uppsala University.
