Acceletronics, Inc. and Radiology Oncology Systems, Inc., announce distributorship for new C-RAD Sentinel® patient monitoring system EXTON PA, SAN DIEGO, CA and UPPSALA, SWEDEN - Sept 19th, 2008 - Acceletronics, Inc., A U.S. provider of oncology equipment service and distributor of new and pre-owned radiotherapy equipment, and Radiology Oncology Systems, Inc. (ROS), an oncology and diagnostic imaging equipment sales firm, today both announced that they have signed an exclusive distribution agreement with C-RAD Positioning AB (C-RAD), based in UPPSALA, SWEDEN. The C-Rad Sentinel® is a new, advanced and innovative device for surface contour localization and monitoring of the patient in the radiotherapy treatment process. It will be on exhibit at the 50th anniversary of ASTRO this year in Boston. “As part of our intensified and increased marketing activities in the USA, C-Rad has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Acceletronics for our new Sentinel system,” said Mrs. Cristina Svensson, CEO, C-Rad Positioning AB.” The C-RAD Sentinel is designed to provide a high level of ease of use combined with improved accuracy over conventional laser systems.
