He previously served as CEO and President of Biotage AB, leading the company through profitable growth and global expansion.

He is known for driving transformation in complex environments by creating clarity, focus, and momentum across organizations. Tomas has built high-performing global teams and commercial structures that support long-term growth, operational discipline, and increased market adoption.

Earlier in his career, Tomas held senior leadership roles at Abbott, Alere, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, and Analyticon Biotechnologies, and completed executive programs at the Stockholm School of Economics.
